Keith Leust CBA^®

Dan Morris CBA^®, CBPP

Dan Morris CBA^®, CBPP, is an executive manager with over 25 years of experience in business and IT transformation. He is recognized internationally as an expert in operational improvement and serves as a member of the Forrester International BPM Council.

Dan is currently a Managing Principal with Wendan, Inc., a firm that specializes in business improvement and offers the first BPMS-based business optimization methodology. Prior to this position, he served as the US Practice Director for BPM and SOA Consulting (this included Business Architecture) at Capco Consulting, the US Practice Director for Business Transformation in Insurance, Healthcare and Life Sciences for Infosys Technologies, an Executive Consultant for IBM, and a CIO for a major publishing firm.

Robert Sheesley CBA^®, FLMI

Robert Sheesley CBA^®, FLMI has more than 20 years of management consulting and information management (IT) service operations experience in interim CIO leadership roles, as well as serving Fortune 500 clients in planning and executing business and IT transformation, and implementing mission-critical technology and process optimization solutions designed to reduce operating costs, grow market share, increase shareholder wealth, improve customer loyalty, and drive measurable business value.

Prior to this role In January 2011, he assumed the role of Universal Public Health Node (UPHN) Project Director at HEALTHeLINK™, western New York’s Regional Health Information Organization (RHIO), where he was responsible for project strategy, execution and delivery, vendor management, and overall project leadership of the $10 million, three-year Health Information Exchange (HIE) development project funded by New York State Department of Health and the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology. The goal of this project is to deliver a state-wide clinical data exchange to capture, store and transport clinical information among disparate health care information systems targeting child health immunization, newborn screening, syndromic surveillance, and chronic disease. Robert also had previously provided consulting services to Pittsburgh, Pa.-based Highmark, Inc. as program manager of its multi-year Consumerism Program. He has held past leadership positions as CIO Advisory Services Practice Leader for West Monroe Partners, National Insurance Practice Leader for Alvarez and Marsal Business Consulting, and Director of Claim Technology for CNA Financial.

Robert is both a writer and public speaker, having prepared and delivered presentation material for professional associations including Project Management Institute (PMI), Healthcare Information and Management and Systems Society (HIMSS), and the Pittsburgh Technology Council, on business architecture, enterprise program management, organizational change management for merger integratino, and information technology capability assessments. As an United States Marine and Operation Desert Storm Veteran, Robert is an active member of the Board of Directors of Access Community Health Network, Chicago's largest private health care provider to the under served and the nation's largest community health center; and the Board of Directors of the western Pennsylvania Healthcare Information Management Systems Society chapter where he is currently serving as President.
