Burton M. Covnot, Ph.D. SVP, Senior Enterprise Architect Bank of America
As a senior member of the bank’s Enterprise Architecture Team, Burt Covnot works closely with lead architects in the various Lines of Business (LOB) organizations in workgroup settings to ensure a consistent, enterprise-wide approach to Business Process Management (BPM) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Burt has been with the bank for 10 years. He became a Certified Business Architect in 2008.
Burt Covnot has nearly 20 years of IT management and software development experience in a variety of settings. Before joining Bank of America in 1998, he was a senior software engineer and consultant at a software engineering tools vendor and Y2K consultancy.
Burt has a Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology. A B.S. in Computer Science was earned from the University of Oklahoma.

Kristin leads an on-going effort to create and improve financial reporting and conduct routine internal audits of the University’s financial records. She helped in the design and implementation of a new web-based system used in the collection of data and proposals, reporting of and strategic planning during the University’s Annual Budget Planning process. Kristin has over 10 years of experience in financial services and operational reporting and management and became a Certified Business Architect in 2006.

Mark Goetsch, CBA, MS, MSC is an expert in business, enterprise, and social architecture. In this capacity he has experience working with large fortune 100 companies and small entrepreneurial startups. Mark has had roles at the level of executive and as chief architect. Combining a unique structural perspective Mark combines analytical and architectural concepts to provide designs and measured follow through that finds the hidden opportunity within companies and corporations.
Mark is a board member and former president of the Business Architects Association, board member and vice president of accreditation for the Center for the Advancement of the Enterprise Architecture Profession, member of the Penn State IST Enterprise Architecture Advisory Group, member of the AITP, IASA, and WWISA. Pauly comes to TotalWorks from GE, where as sales manager she delivered increased revenue and enhanced business practices, including the integration of client-centric sales. Pauly was previously employed as the vice president of sales and marketing for Advanced Ceramics Corporation. There, her leadership garnered growth of diversified technical product lines and improved application success rates by incorporating the ideas of the client from product inception to completion. Pauly has spent two decades in senior sales positions, consistently increasing revenue and incorporating a client-focused culture to sales plans and project execution.
Pauly earned a BS in Engineering from Alfred University, Alfred, New York, and went on to receive her Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
