Architect needs to be a team-oriented

consultant with
business
architecture experience, incredible leadership capability, and a desire and the
drive to delight clients.
DESCRIPTION
The role of
Business
Architect requires 8-10 years of demonstrated leadership skills in both internal
and external customer-facing roles. The individual must possess a proven ability
to successfully define
business
cases, functional needs analysis, ROI evaluation, experience with various
mitigation strategies, process optimization and improvement evaluation,
modification and associated techniques as well as in-depth workshop facilitation
experience and
business
modeling techniques. Extensive experience in all aspects of analysis, including
strategy evaluation and development, concept / idea evolution, scope definition,
problem discovery, design, issue identification and resolution, and *bridging*
strategies for the
business
and technical teams to translate
business
needs into solutions.
